The Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara, is making preparations for two important events that will take place in the near future.<\/p>\n
First of all, the CODICIS Steering Committee Meeting<\/strong>, which will take place on August 29 and 30, 2023<\/strong>, in order to evaluate the activities that have been carried out to date and project the work plan that must be carried out.<\/p>\n Later, the Regional Symposium \u201cDocumentary and bibliographic heritage: sources and research techniques\u201d<\/strong>, in which it is expected to have distinguished personalities from the field of preservation and conservation of archives and libraries.<\/p>\n It will take place on days\u00a0August 31 and September 1<\/strong>\u00a0with the purpose of sharing topics that respond to the concern of knowing the sources and research techniques of documentary and bibliographic heritage. Both activities are part of the closing of the first phase of work WP1 of the CODICIS project, to provide continuity with the training and qualification of the members of the participating HEIs in Latin America.<\/p>\n
