The course was held from September 1 to January 31, 2023 in virtual and in-person practical mode. The\u00a0<strong>participating universities<\/strong>\u00a0were the\u00a0<strong><em>Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s and the Bolivian Catholic University \u201cSan Pablo\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0. In the same way, the courses were replicated in universities in Mexico and Peru.<\/p>\n<p>In the act of delivery of certificates, the <strong>authorities of the Bolivian Catholic University Tarija Headquarters<\/strong>\u00a0stand out about the work of the administrators of the\u00a0<strong>UCB Headquarters Tarija<\/strong>\u00a0, Mar\u00eda Rosario Cavero Rodr\u00edguez; Danny \u00c1valos Garrido; Vilma Choquehuanca Zeballos and Valeria Arduz Murillo, from the Central Library of the La Paz Headquarters Jose Manuel Vel\u00e1squez Cespedes and Miriam Tancara Mamani.
