Presentation of Codicis at the University of Barcelona

He Information Research Center, Communication and Culture (CRICC), from the University of Barcelona, organizes meetings with specialists and presents advances in the research of its members.

The day February 23, 2022 A session was held in which professors Cristóbal Urbano and Pedro Rueda participated, members of two Erasmus + projects, including CODICIS, in which CRICC researchers collaborate. The session was held in person and was broadcast online.

Professor Cristóbal Urbano is the coordinator at the University of Barcelona of the Erasmus+ project 'Digital Education for Crisis Situations: Times when there is no alternative' (DECriS) directed by the University of Osijek (Croatia). DECriS addresses, among other aspects, the level of use of digital education and the perception of its quality by students and teachers of higher education centers during the COVID-19 crisis.

Professor Pedro Rueda, from the University of Barcelona, presented the Erasmus+ project 'Strengthening capacities for the Recovery and Conservation of Documentary and Bibliographic Heritage in Latin America' (CODICIS) coordinated by the Catholic University of San Pablo (Peru).

In the session, the progress of the first year and the planned activities were discussed, which include the participation as teachers of the CRICC professors of the University of Barcelona in collaboration with the University of Catania and the members of CODICIS from Latin America.
