The in-person sessions, led by university documentation experts, were held from January 18 to 25, 2023 at the San Pablo Catholic University of Arequipa.

Here the staff of the Faculty of Humanities and Library of UDEP participated in training on digital conservation and preventive conservation of documentary heritage, which included visits to archives and libraries with heritage collections in the city to improve the situation of historical and heritage collections in the region.
